Air-conditioned rooms come with a queen-sized bed and an extra single bed for additional guest, a hallway with a built-in bench to sit on while enjoying the garden and a fridge. This 25sqm room is best for people who seek high-quality, low-cost room in Boracay.
One Bedroom Suite (9 units)
One-Bedroom Suites are very spacious units (60 sq m) comprising of a veranda, living room, bedroom and toilet and bath. They are equipped with two split-type air-conditioners and have either a king-sized bed or two single beds. They also come with two built-in sofa beds for additional guests in the living room. The spacious private verandas all look out to the lush gardens of The Strand.
Family Suite (1 unit)
The Family Suite is truly the coziest place to be at The Strand. With two quaint rooms that can each accommodate up to 3 persons, the Family Suite is ideal for a family or group of friends. Each room is equipped with a split-type air-conditioner, ceiling fan, a queen-sized bed and extra single bed for additional guest and a fridge. Relax on your own private veranda overlooking the pool on one side, and the garden on the other.
Penthouse (1 unit)
The 100sqm two-Bedroom Penthouse is for those who want a spacious “home” on Boracay. The Penthouse sits on top of all the other condos, with a vast veranda that looks out to the lush garden of The Strand on one side and up to a corner of a limestone forest on the other. The Penthouse is the pinnacle of accommodation at The Strand.
